Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Breach, an Omnicia product ("Breach", "we", "us"), takes the privacy and anonymity of its users very seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the commitments we make to keep your information confidential.

Our core commitment

We commit to protect the anonymity of the people who use Breach and the confidentiality of any data they share with us. We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers, and we do not publish or expose the LinkedIn URLs you submit for audit.

What we collect

  • Audit requests. When you paste a LinkedIn profile or company URL to run an audit, we store that URL together with a timestamp, the referring page, and a truncated user-agent string. This allows our team to review requests, improve detection, and confirm resharing when a private audit is booked.
  • Booking details. If you schedule a call, our scheduling provider records the information you enter (name, email, time slot) so we can prepare and deliver the audit.
  • Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (IP-derived region, browser, timing) are kept for security and abuse prevention.

We only audit information that is already publicly visible on LinkedIn. We do not attempt to access private accounts, and we do not scrape or store the contents of profiles beyond what is needed to describe the vulnerabilities we find.

How we use it

  • To run the audit you requested and share the results with you.
  • To confirm resharing of our post when you book a free audit slot, as described on the booking screen.
  • To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and secure our services.
  • To improve the quality of our detection and reporting.

Who can see your data

Access to audit records is strictly limited to Omnicia team members who need it to deliver your audit. Records are stored on our Lovable Cloud backend and are not published on any public page or shared with third parties, except when required by law.

Retention

Audit requests and booking notes are kept only as long as needed to deliver and support the audit, and are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting the Omnicia team.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you. Where applicable law grants additional rights (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), we will honor them.

Contact
